We have some great events coming up at the Zoo in the next few weeks – two birthdays, a ZooBrrrew and our February Break Camp.
Come to the Zoo for Datu and Roscoe’s birthdays on Jan. 29 and Feb. 5, respectively. Datu, one of our Bornean orangutans, and Roscoe, one of our white rhinos, will both be turning 7! Stay posted for details as the events draw closer.
ZooBrrrew, our winter version of our popular summer ZooBrew event, will take place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, February 4. Seasonal beers will be on tap along with assorted New York State wines (available for purchase). Delicious food will be included in the ticket price ($20 for members; $25 for non-members): wood-fired pizza, chicken chili and vegetarian chili, jambalaya and a dessert station. There will also be live music from Brian Rath to enjoy. Pre-registration isrequired; call (585) 295-7390 to purchase tickets.
For 6-, 7- and 8-year-olds, we have our February Break Camp (Feb. 21-25), a week-long camp where kids can learn all about animals’ amazing adaptations in the wild. Choose from half-day or full-day; sign up for all five sessions and save up to 25%! Click here for more details.
